I thought low carb diet suppose to make you feel less bloated... 8th day and still waiting.. If this will continue for another day ill be flying like an air balloon..

think it took a couple of weeks for everything to settle down for me when i changed to low carb. might depend on how low you go, or if you've over done the sprouts!! ;-)

It's tough, but it can take a while. You've been doing pretty well so far, just keep it up. Rome wasn't built in a day. You should also try to up your protein intake. That way you can make sure that your body doesn't start using muscle for fuel.
