I just realized that the net carb count is wrong for atkins bar. It tells me that net carbs are 14 but it really only 2!

Will wait for someone else to comment on the Bars. I've heard of so many gaining weight from them I'm afraid to try them But wanted to ask you something- do you dip your pork chop in the flaxseed before you cook it? Is there a recipe? Sounds good.
