Happy Monday! Pfft! (lol)
Not bad day today...came home from work starving and knew I had to cook the beef for the beef and greens, caved and had two pieces of bread (12 grain) with marg and cheese slices, small bowl of leftover kraft dinner :-(
However I didn't eat the usual size portion for dinner as I would have and felt good. Went and did 35 mins on treadmill. Weigh in tomorrow (I hope I remember!).
