Yesterday I felt like I blew it!! Not because I ate bread or sugar but because I ate A LOT!! Oh my, I made this cauliflower cheese egg in tomato sauce thingy and it was sooooooo good! I ate so much I felt so full and about to explode! I also indulged in 1/2 apple and 1 tbs of almond butter with chocolate stevia... it was deeelish! Since the day before I didn't gain anything by eating 2 pieces so yesterday I had two pieces again. So to say all this, I didn't gain drastically, I did gain .2 lbs. I would say it was the almond butter to blame! But overall I am very happy to report I LOVE this phase! I can't see myself making drastic changes in phase 4. I love it, I am comfortable, I enjoy it, and most of all, I get full and satisfied in it. I might I guess enjoy more ezekiel bread in the morning and peanut butter or almond butter during the day, but other than that the only day I would use the full on privileges of phase 4 is on Sunday when we eat out after Church which really it's 1 meal of the entire week! Today I had ezekiel bread with walden grape jam in the morning, we will see how that affects me tomorrow.
