Try not to stigmatize food to the point of morality - it will only make you want it more. There are definitely foods that support goals, and definitely foods that impede goals - but if it’s a once-in-a-while treat that you can have sanely and rationally (meaning it’s not a binge trigger), then you’re gonna be okay.

Like the attitude. By being responsible for your action, makes you feel better. Maybe reverse diet is also good for your weight loss.
