Tomorrow will be a month of dieting...... I mean scratch..... my new way of eating!!!! I just can't explain how much easier it is to do Weight Watchers compared to when I did Atkins!!!! So much more variety when I get stuck in a pickle or go out. True, the weight loss is a bit slower, but the scale is still going down and not up anymore. (Unless I have a weekend splurge like last weekend, lol)
