Been exercising constantly since the beginning of the year (!!) and gained some muscle. I feel a lot stronger especially in my arms !! Gonna start cutting again now :D
67.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
