請問好心人,卡路里麵類的話,要用煮之前的克數來計算,還是煮之後的克數計算呢?謝謝

其實系統裡可以選擇,麵或(熟)麵,熱量和碳水量都不同。 就像糙米飯或糙米,就是煮過和沒煮過的不同。
