I'm having a week off this week, I've ate everything in sight and worse and didn't swim today and cancelled tomorrow. feel drained and exhausted that I've given myself a break. ive been putting to much pressure on myself and thats not the right way to do things. I have a what is going to be a emotional month next month and feeling the emotions already. I've been dropping off to sleep at my desk because I've felt exhausted and been eating for energy but it's just because I can't cope well at the moment. this week I have had a bad day and said draw a line and start a new day but it hasn't worked.. sometimes you just need a time out and I will recover and be back on it.

hope ur ok leah? yes have a break from it all if u feel u need 1,stop putting pressure on yourself! being happy is more important than weight loss take ur time and get into a better head space my lovely xx
