Well, weighed in with new scale, my kids lovingly gave me things for Christmas to help get me back outside walking, safely. Now that the New Year has arrived, it's time to begin again. Small steps lead into medium, and then on to bigger steps. Don't make too big of goals, or I'll feel too overwhelmed. Go for a walk first thing, don't put it off or I'll end up making excuses why I can't. So that's today's goal, get outside.
