Wow! What a mess this last week was with food. The first day of eating the large meal was great. I really enjoyed myself, but by day 4 I just felt gross. I actually made myself sick, which is embarrassing to admit, but I feel its the only way to take accountability of my actions. Yesterday was a good day of eating though, and I plan to carry this through to the new year. I have not been taking care of myself for many years, and I'm tired of that.
