sometimes you just feel like all these weightloss experts tell you that you can't get in good shape without eating them. I know it's not true but just always makes me feel like I'm failing.

I love veg! My favourite way to cook it is roasted. Spray it up with some 1 cal spray and sprinkle with chilli flakes and roast for 30 mins ish. I know that some people on here use an air fryer and their veg always look fab. Veg is so good for you, beyond just weight loss.

sauté them in butter/ghee with your favourite spices/seasonings😋 (unless you are calorie counting of course!)

Sweet potato are good, soups and stews, smoothies and cauliflower cheese. cauliflower can be made into a pizza base and rice. stuffed peppers, veggie kebabs. I would look up vegetarian and veg meals for more inspiration. I would try different veg to see what you like there a lot out there x

make soups and blend it so its smooth....or sneak some into smoothies....I do mine in the air frier and do what Anne145 does, either add chilli flakes, garlic salt, onion salt or curry powder

Addison, yes there are a few I like. peppers, mushrooms, onions, sweet potato, butternut, corn, don't mind peas but not by them selves. basically don't like all the green ones which is basically what all the low calorie recipes include. I guess I just need to find the ways to include the ones I do like as much as I can.

I think someone mentioned roasting them. The veggies u like r all perfect for roasting. Toss them in a few sprays if frylite and a drizzle of Balsamic vinegar and roast on about 180. 45 mins. Keep tossing them together as they roast. U may need to add a little more frylite but it's only 1 cal per spray so don't b afraid to use it. Make sure u weigh ur veg b4 hand so u can count the cals. Don't forget to include ur Balsamic and frylite into ur calories. Let me know what u think xxx
