So today I had half a cup of potato salad which pretty much means I'm going to burn in non-low-carb hell. Went to a broasted chicken place for lunch I used to frequent and habits die hard they had a half chicken a la carte item but I ordered the lunch special anyway. I don't know why, since I did not need the drink... can't stand soda on the medication I'm currently taking and not doing sugar so the orange whip etc was out so I ended up with iced tea but really could have just done water. Didn't get the tortillas with the meal and got double potato salad instead of rice and potato salad but they gave me sooo much it was rediculous threw most of it away. So really should have gotten the half chicken and been happy with that. More places need to offer side salads. Just sayin'. Anyway guess I'm still learning to navigate the eating out while doing low carb. the potato salad cost me a little over 12 net carbs. I know it seems rediculous to be stressing over this but I am kinda disappointed I had that half cup even.
