You know what's a really bad way to lose weight? Catching the flu. Seriously, guys, if you have not gotten a flu shot, GET ONE. This is the worst bug I have ever caught. I went to a Christmas party last night and three of us were recovering from the flu and we all looked terrible. This sucker sticks around and wont let go.
It's also making grad school applications a nightmare to apply to. OMG I'm terrified I'm not going to get everything done.
