Things are good. Legends Boxing has yet to contact me, but they said in their automated email, that they may take a couple days to respond.

After 2 days without sugar (all the sugar I have is my coffee), I have dropped to 256. It was a shock. The pork chops, and the salmon from here at the recipe section of FatSecret are very tasty.

We'll see what we can go with. We have meat all over the place in our outside freezer. Anything including turkey burger.

I will have to admit, sugar was a go to. I've been going to bed earlier. I feel better, which is good!

I am surprised that things are going so well. I am a regular walker, with my mom and our dog, Jonesy now. Lots of water, walking, and hopefully boxing will be my regimen.
