I am going to go to a boxing facility for a free workout. Hopefully today. We'll have to see. When I lost the 260 pounds - 145 one year later, Low Fat with 1500 calorie deficit, I was a griping idiot.

At the end of it, I was burning more than I ate. Was burning 3000+ cals a day. I ended looking like my mom, who had a running physique. For the last 2 years, neither of us had motivation enough. We both have gained weight.

My mom is upset because of her motivation to lose the weight. She has no motivation either.

It'll be 99 dollars a month. I believe I can do it again. It'll be hard. But if I can believe in God, I can do anything with His help.
