Barre Week1-1. Okay, it took me two months to recover yet from another mentally challenging time. Not fully of course, but at least I can get back to workouts and hopefully counting cal, not eating bad carbs, however I probably will have cheat days with some reasonable treats😇. Glad to be back, reflect on my journey and see others' amazing effort and got inspired! 💕💕
77.4 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
