Totally off my diet today. Oh well, ain't stressing over it. Rough day for me as it would have been my dad's 61st birthday. He's been gone for a little over a year now and it just doesn't get easier. Wish I'd had more time with him...Barely knew him :(

Sorry that this is still so hard for you. My parents have been gone for a long time and it still bothers me that they aren't here. I hope that you can find peace knowing that he is in a better place. Waiting for you to join him some day.
