I did it!! Out of the 200's!! This time last year I was at my heaviest weight ever of 258. I can't believe it but it shows me what I can do. I am on my way!! I have lost almost 60 pounds.

90.5 kg Lost so far: 26.5 kg. Still to go: 11.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 4.4 kg a Week
