You have actually done really well looking at your weigh in. You haven't gained so that's a plus. Your food looks good too. I am doing really high protein to help boost mine. I eat boiled eggs like they are going out of style and a lot of chicken and unsalted cashews. I drink the carnation instant breakfast in the morning to ensure that I have all that I need to start my day.

Ahhh thanks :) if I had a gain, I think I'd have killed myself..lol!! I find It hard and tend to eat the same stuff being a rather fussy vegetarian half vegan :-/ don't like milk eggs and just about handle cheese and yogurts occasionally.. I think I'm wired wrong ;) my usual diet was chocolate crisps pizza and cake everything bad basically.. :-0.. Really can't go back there although I have to have Krispy Kreme's now and then <3 xx you to are doing well :)

Sometimes when you reach a plateau you just need a bit of patience or the other option is to try something new or to increase the intensity a bit in your work out. Just a thought. The body sometimes reacts to new stimuli as it gets used to the previous routine.

it could also be that your body just needs time to catch up with your loss. Or if you are working out a lot you might be building muscle (and getting more nice and toned).
sometimes i just need to break my routines in eating as well to help kick the scale around :)
