Haven't gone to the gym in a while because it's so cold and dark :( At least I weant kickboxing on Monday and Wednesday (there's another class this evening) but I'm missing my iron...

:P I'm just to lazy/cold to get on my way. But yeah, I'm gonna go on the weekend.

I have no problem getting to the gym. The cold is what's keeping me from getting out for a jog...which is why my numbers are not improving as they were before. Planning for at least one run, this weekend.

Lol King! I was gonna say the same thing, lol! Excuses don't burn calories!! Now get yourself to that gym and you will be lookin' amazing by spring....

I do get it though.Cold temps along with a lack of sun def take a toll by days end.I often feel unmotivated and a bit down this time of year.But like Henry Rollins says "The iron is the best antidepressant I have ever found" ;)
