Only a pound down, but i'll absolutely take it! i've been busting my butt the past few days and i'm glad it's paying off. tomorrow is my birthday, i'll be at school from 9-8 and then immediately afterward i'm going out for my celebration dinner so i'm thinking of also doing some yoga today in addition to my normal workout routines, just as some extra padding for the stuff i'm probably going to eat and drink haha. plus i just miss doing yoga anyways.
