It’s been a terrible week for the diet!! I’ve been eating like it’s my job 😂 I’m not going to worry about it this weekend and just get back on track Monday. I’ve noticed I tend to sabotage myself when I’m getting close to goal weight but I don’t know why 🤷🏻♀️
