Yesterday, IF, 134 protein, 132 fat, 41 carbs, coconut oil, keto coffee, chicken sandwich on keto bread, fat bomb, Hilo chips, chicken breast, fat bomb, muscle milk and HWC,
69.9 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.1 kg a Week
