I'm not sure that I want to do the ketogenic diet currently. I find it difficult to follow a strict diet, with high protein and very low carbs. Right now my son (age 22), is living at home and he "loves" to cook. This compromised my own eating, although I shouldn't blame others for my own diet quandaries, it does make following the keto diet very hard. Can anyone relate to this? I lost heaps, and looking good, but Christmas stuffed me up unfortunately. This all said, I'm eating well, and having my coffee black, with water instead of cordial. Small changes add up.
