Just fell off the whole tracking thing for a while. Today has to be a new start. I have to get back to exercise; Just do it already! Hopefully I will... actually dressed in exercise clothes; so maybe will make myself exercise; pathetic, isn't it? Just out of the loop! I bought Good Housekeeping's June issue for the cover shot. Women who lost weight... like 61 to 100 pounds.... I have like 25-35 to lose and I don't take it seriously enough and don't lose it. The secret has to be to stick to it; & I don't always. Have to start over everyday; I guess.
