I'm doing amazing, hitting the gym twice a day. I have realized that its all mental. You have to stop bit#ing around and making excuses. You're either going to get your act together frickin do this thing HARDCORE all the way, to make a LIFE change or you simply are not. All this jumping around finding the best diet and being in the middle is not what is going to cut it. We need to hit the gym and ALSO have a balanced nutritional life. Only this will bring out LONG TERM happy results. Being mediocre and just getting by is almost as worse as not trying at all, we need to pump up our intensity and WANT this. Wow I sound like a psycho personal trainer type. Either way, i'm very happy about htis life change and anyone reading this keep up the good work. Another tip, dont get too caught up in the intricate parts of a diet or excersise plan, its good to research and find out what works, but never let it get in the way of just gonig to the gym and doing intense workouts. The most important thing is to just go, regardless of what excersise is the right one, just go and do something.
