Hey All! What can I ramble about today? OH MAN! IT'S HOT OUTSIDE! still doing the gym thing, and coupled with the heat, i'm having no troubles watching the fat melt off!
This week, my goals are to run 4 miles a day within 40 min. Last night I started by walking the first 5 minutes before the run, and still made it within the 40 min goal, so I was pretty happy with those results.
Diet-wise; well, there were a couple of birthday parties, one for my lil sister and one for my daughter, which meant ice cream cake (Yum!) and too many chips...but now that all the birthday parties are behind me, I'm back to being a very good lil ducky!

Send me some of your heat! We're rather cool and rainy here. Blah. Great job with the running/time/speed. I know I've gone a couple of weeks without a weigh in but, HEY! What's up with your weight history chart? It's blank!!!! Fess up!!!! Hehehehe....

I've got plenty of heat around here in Houston. I could use a little reprieve. I'm doing a boot camp class tonight...can't wait!!!

Holy Moly! Four miles in 40 minutes!! You ROCK, Sista!! No worries about the cake and chips, you burned that off before they even had the slightest chance to stick! Love ya! :)

Fess up, buddy mine!!! Lest everyone think you're blowing smoke with all this forty-mins-four-miles stuff!! I think you should record your weight here at least once a month, if not daily or weekly!! Regardless, I DO know you are crazy strong, crazy fast, crazy herculean, and um..(don't let this go to your head!)..crazy adorable! :) 286, amiga! :)
