My feet are feeling 100% better today. Yay! went 86 calories over my 1300 limit today so I'm going to go a bit longer on the stationary bike.
I want to do my measurements tonight. I think once a week measurements along with the one a week weigh-ins will help me stay motivated. I want to do them on different days, maybe like 3-4 days apart so I'm getting feedback twice a week.
