First time under 60 kg since we moved house 4 years ago :)
(Some of this big drop would be attributable to fast day to kick start diet plus fluid loss, but I'll take it anyhow...
Need to maintain while my metabolism is up and I am in ketosis, but my legs are aching after yesterday's hill running!
Forced myself out the door for my interval walk/run, and was amazed to find breathing was better after the (short) hill runs on only the second day of doing the circuit. 11 min on the bike today.
