Welp, I think I over did it yesterday. End of last week I found out that I have 4 heel spurs (2 acute ones on the rear and 2 tiny ones under). Only my right foot gives me any grief, the left is just a bit of discomfort that I can usually stretch away. Since my right wasn't bothering me too much yesterday I spent a lot of time on my feet, exercising. Well, guess what today? Yup right for is killing me and walking is rather difficult. Lesson learned. I iced it but no change. so I took some Advil and stretched it. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Mama's gotta make dinner and soon! Though we may be looking at sandwiches if this pain doesn't stop.
