Can't believe it has been since October 21st since I recorded an entry!! I have been doing well...with my diet I guess. Not gaining any, but not losing either. It has been crazy around here...but have not eaten out of emotions or crazy crazy moments...kept my head on straight. I am actually struggling to get in my total calories for the day. Supposed to get 1800, only getting like 1200 or so. Just get full or really really not hungry. Have a doctor's appt soon, will find out if every thing is good. I pray so.

Been jogging quit a bit now, hiking and lifting small weights. I've decided to get a ball and while walking kick it around. Just something different. It's getting cold outside here now, not too bad though. My favorite time of year!!!
