Slow but steady so I’m happy with my first week!! I’ve been stuck at work due to weather conditions so hopefully when I get home tonight I’ll start the exercise portion of my plan that always speeds things up!
66.4 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
