55 Chevy's Journal, 19 Apr 11

I can't believe I haven't weighed in since April 13th. Usually I don't forget that. I guess we will see what tomorrow brings.
I've been back to the gym, walking and working out at home.
My hips are hurting soooo bad lately. Not sure why so I'm doing yoga streaches to see if that helps.
Haven't been sleeping too well the last few nights so hopefully tonight is a good rest.
