Try some of the wonderful varieties of tea for iced tea. Many teas have health and wellness properties. You don’t have to be so restrictive that water is your only choice.

I've started over, too. I had gained 32 lbs of my total lost of 70. This past week, I've lost 10 lbs of that. Now 22 lbs to take off just to get back to where I was...

That video could be a lifesaver for you! An eye opener! Keep it and look at it every so often for inspiration. I have pictures (fat) on the frig and inside cabinets to help me.
