Well, I survived the MMDay weekend with potlucks and barbecues and I DID NOT CHEAT NOT ONCE! I'm surprising myself. I'm sticking to the plan. I even worked out on MMDay. No holiday break from dieting and exercise for me. I grilled salmon, chicken breasts and veggies. Yummy! No potato salad and macncheese this time. I grilled eggplant, zucchini and peppers for the first time and they came out great. I don't have to cook all week. I have enough food to last. I want this to be a lifestyle change not just a fad. I'm a little more than halfway to my goal. I look forward to posting pictures when I'm slim and fine. Beyonce look out, here comes BEBE! LOL!
