Here we go November, yesterday was my birthday, I wasn´t at the weight that I wanted, that was 155 pounds, however, I noticed that my waist has come down from 93cm to 90 cm in these two months that I've been working out, my clothe fits better, I even bought some pants size 14 instead of size 16 so that's a huge motivation for me, I ate some cake yesterday and we went to dinner, so today I got up earlier to workout and burn some of those calories, but I allowed myself because you only turn 35 once in your life, so I don´t feel guilty about it. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
