Yes, but I have to control the sugar. It's really hard to lose weight when sweets are my favorite ☹️

Whom do you tell 😂😂, even the “healthy“ fruits have plenty. in Germany we also have such a nice variety on yoghurts especially blueberry, blackberries or raspberries no wonder I ended up here.
