Long time without sharing anything, but it was because for the last 2 weeks I've been sick with the flu and besides that it got complicated with my asthma, I've been 6 days without doing any workout, just the normal walking when I leave home, It was frustrating, it actually is frustrating 'cause during the workout I was feeling with a lot of energy but I controlled my portion size, eating less calories, drinking plenty of water and lemon water and green tea. and Sunday I went with my hubby for some Shopping, basically to look for toys for my daughter but I wanted to go to the clothe section and try something and I found that after 2 months of working, eating well I went from a size 16 to a 14 and my waist now is 91cm not 94 cm anymore.I felt so happy like you have no idea, it motivated me, despite the lack of exercise I continue with my eating plans, planning my meals and I feel happy, Thank God ashtma is all gone now, still some cough like drying up and I forseen that on saturday I will be able to restart my workout.
