The weekends are the hardest. When at work it's easy to say no to a snack and the lean cuisines make it easy to keep the calories down. This weekend while I was under my RDI I was no where near my goal... Sunday I don't feel so bad about as I went shopping and took a walk so I was on my feet most of the day and my body needed the extra calories. Saturday, I have no excuse :)
