Another day, another lb. It's good I guess, though I worry that I'll just gain it back this weekend. I'm trying to come up with a plan to avoid that. Today I'm struggling a little more with hunger, something I didn't feel for the previous 2 days. Glad this is just a 3 day crash; speaking of which, my energy seems to have crashed as well. Last night I managed a 2.5 mile walk on my treadmill. Tonight I'll do some Pilates. I'm not lifting weights while on this VLC diet, will start that back up Saturday - hopefully in the gym. Today is supposed to get up to 72 degrees, but then tonight some thunderstorms come rolling in, and then the temps drop & rain changes to winter mix. Tomorrow will be interesting, if it's really bad I may stay home. Well, I suppose I should get back to work now.... Have a great day everybody!
