Another low-cal noodle. I haven't seen these but I've been using shirataki noodles, which are great too.

the only thing that I didnt know about kelp noodles is that you need to soak them in lemon+baking soda, then rinse them well. otherwise they are not possible to eat. will definitely buy them again!
