I’m not even sure 😂 I’m in a crossroads of maybe low carb weight watchers. Plain old calorie count or trying nutrisystem for the 5th time! 🤷♀️

well. if low carb isn't working maybe best try different strategy.. good old calorie counting works best along with some sort of exercise to keep you moving 🙂

Try just weighing your food and limiting to the appropriate amount of calories per day. Yes, it's that simple. Reduce your intake by 500 calories a day and you WILL lose. Any form of exercise is, in fact, exercise, walking, standing, driving, it all counts.

CICO, weigh and measure accurately, stay within your RDI, log it all. Fail proof, guaranteed. Good luck on your journey

Yes, it’s a challenge sometimes. Find what works and you’ll reap the rewards. I fluctuate as well and re-examine my intake. It helps me to keep a log of what I eat (and drink), thanks to FatSecret! All the best!

@lourock1…agreed. Your body WILL lose weight if you eat at a calorie deficit.

have you tried the military diet? it actually works and I lost 9lbs in 3 days and the days off I eat healthy and drink lots of water. I have 61lbs to go and I do walk 3 miles a day now.
