Surprised I still was able to meet my goal this morning! :) 105! I went for a run (4 mi. each) about two times this week but kept my diet mainly the same.. still stayed under my RDI for the most part. Kind of overate a couple of days due to stress and other things that occurred this week.. so I'm not really proud of that. Going to continue to maintain as much as possible, but not overly obsess too much over my weight like before. :/
