This is exciting! I had thought about trying to journal my food and then find the caloric intake, but it seemed like more work than it was worth. I have been dieting kind of following, what I have read online about Chris Powell's carb cycling, and have been quite successful so far. I have plateaued recently and thus, the idea of journaling, just to make sure i was doing what I thought I was doing. As of 12th, I was 258 lbs, down from 315, but got poison ivy real bad, so exercise was out and had a couple of business trips so eating was not top notch. Needless to say, I am up 14 lbs, ugh... So, this starts a new week, this awesome community and app, starts a new season in my weigh loss journey. Thank God, I can do ALL things through Him, who gives me strength!!
