Aaaaallright. Haven't been online for 111 days now. The good thing is that during this time I learned to love myself more and how to not binge eat anymore.
I gained about two kilos back, which is not the end of the world :) (one of them the last week because there was sooo much delicious cake left over... Still got some in the freezer :3 )
I started kickboxing, which is hella fun and burns one hell of a lot of calories haha^^ Unfortunately I'm not allowed to do sports for about two weeks for my lil tattoo to heal. (which is not my reward for a flat belly^^ haha :D )
From today on, I will restart my weightloss journey and record one jounal entry a week at least.

Nice! How did you learn not to binge eat? What helped you?

I learned not to emotionally overeat by occasionaly just treating myself with something small, for example a cookie or a little smoothie, when I felt like it. I walked around naked a lot (in the appartment^^) and somehow that really helped me feel more comfortable in my body. I also got really picky when choosing a treat (never buy in bulks!!!!!) and when I couldn't find something I really really wanted that wasn't too big, I ended up not having anything and being fine with it. If you feel like binging have something nice that fills you up, like a hot chocolate.
