Ok everyone i dont know what is wrong with me, i cant stop eatting fast food in the morning. Like ill drive by it, then ill say to myself if i dont get something to eat for breakfast im going to be in a grumpy mood all day.

What do i do? I was thinking of chugging water right when i wake up. What do you guys think?

I drink a protein shake everymorning. It is very feeling and I know I have started my day off right. If you put fresh fruit in it it helps to make it even more feeling and yummy. Eat a banana- they are supposed to keep you from getting hungrier longer. I also do my workout first thing in the morning so I make sure that it gets done- once I do this I do not want to mess my day up with JUNK. Hope this helps.
