Can someone help me with some ideas on how to get off a plateau! I've hit a brick wall and my weight has been the same for a few weeks now and I am struggling to get past it.

OMG... we are having the same problem but mine started 2 days ago!!!
some times all you need to do is increase your carb intake just 5g extra a day for a few days, change your exercise routine a little bit because your body gets use to it... teach your body who is the boss!!!

Are you following Atkins? I see yogurt and an orange on your food log. I haven't read the book in a while, but I'm pretty sure neither of those are allowed on Atkins. I've found that the diet only works when you stick to the diet.

I did take a break from atkins and just stuck to eating healthier foods, but now im back onto the south beach diet to try to switch it up a little and trick my body so I can get back that brick wall i've seemed to hit.
