We have been without power since the tornados came thru Sunday night. We just got our power back last night. So we have been eating out for every meal and I have not been able to track my food since I had no internet. I didn't cheat, but I know eating out I get hidden things I shouldn't eat. And I ended up eating a couple of atkin bars to try to stay on track. I just don't think that my body likes those bars. I weighed this morning and have gained a pound. And also I know I didn't get all the water in that I need to drink. And on top of all of this, I should start my monthly thing today. So if a pound is all I gained, then its ok, I will lose it....
