(TOO MUCH INFORMATION JOURNAL INVOLVING MOTHER NATURE)
So I binged on almonds earlier this week. Like totally went crazy craving almonds. And then shark week happened.
Ever since I started eating well, I have absolutely none of my regular PMS symptoms. I used to have really terrible cramps like a week before my period even started-and once it did start, I'd have cramps that would hurt all the way down to my kneecaps.
My emotions were out of control, everything ached, I'd get super lathargic, etc.
I had none of that this month or last month.
I'm so amazed at how little changes to your diet can change so much.
